 I am so glad you found me and are ready to take the next step!

What to expect at your first visit:

 Upon arrival, we will do a full consultation, where we can discuss your hair history, lifestyle, likes/dislikes and any other information that is helpful for achieving the best results.


I offer drinks and snacks along with wi-fi access so that you can relax and enjoy yourself throughout your service.

​

In the salon, I play soft relaxing music and use a scented wax warmer.  If you have an aversion to scents, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will be sure to not use it.

​

I accept: cash*, check or credit card.  I no longer accept Venmo.

*Cash is preferred payment.

   

A few requests:

​

  -I currently have unique working hours in order to prioritize my family.  My current hours are Tueday-Thursday from 9am to 4pm.

​

  -Please plan for 3-4 hours for a full service highlight and cut if you are new and/or have long thick hair.  I do not like to rush services.

​

  -If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.  Appointments rescheduled or canceled within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 20% of the services  booked.

​

 -If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you might not receive all services you are scheduled for, or may need to rebook and also pay the 20% reschedule fee.

​

 -"No Shows" will be charged the full service amount before client can rebook.  Please know that both of our time is equally valuable.

​

  -If you are coming in for a color service, I ask that you come to your appointment with clean dry hair so that I can best assess your hair in its natural state.

​

  -If there is parking available in my driveway, you are welcome to it.  If you park on the street, I just ask that you do not block my mailbox.  

​

-Be sure to check my Pricing List to get an idea of cost, which is based on an average amount of hair.

​

-Please be aware that thicker/longer than average hair requires more time and product and will cost extra.

​

-Please make arrangements for childcare.  Due to safety reasons, children are Not allowed to come with you to your appointment.

​
